About The Treatment
In the treatment you can expect individual attention in professional and comfortable surroundings. You will recline in a special chair which induces a feeling of weightlessness since it was developed as a result of the NASA space programmes. You will experience a relaxing, health-enhancing treatment to your feet and/or hands and afterwards you will feel completely restored! Chronic conditions take longer but rewards come with patience.
Sue says, "You will be able to discuss with me exactly what you expect from the therapy. Success depends on a good working relationship and it is important to follow the advice I give you. Your health is my priority."
About Nutrition
Even the best diets can fail to provide proper nourishment given the now widely acknowledged poor quality of soils. Essential nutrients such as zinc and selenium, minerals for fertility and fighting free radical damage no longer show up in many soil tests. Plants cannot either absorb or pass on to us what isn't there!
Your lifestyle may place extra demands on your nutrient intake. For example if you are under stress, exercise frequently or are exposed to a number of pollutants both at home and at work these can all impact on a 'healthy' diet. A simple check will establish which foods you should eat more frequently to combat your symptoms and improve your vitality. You can discuss with Sue how to make realistic changes which will give best and lasting results.
