Add to that Hopi ear candling and knowledge of foot, hand and ear acupuncture points and there is a powerful mix of skills to relieve a number of conditions.

I aim to combine an enjoyable therapeutic experience with a purposeful approach, fusing the powerful stimulus of reflexology with subtle adjustments to the diet to regain the balance of better and improving health.
